Who receives the consent
The consent is given to the operator: Evgeniy G. Mamonov, Tax ID (INN): 582401205878, contact address info@evgeniymamonov.com, site evgeniymamonov.com.
What exactly it covers
One kind of data — the e-mail address you typed into the purchase form. Alongside it, technical details of the consent itself are stored: date, time and the IP address it was given from; otherwise there is no way to prove the consent existed.
Purposes
- activating your copy and sending the receipt;
- answering your questions and helping with installation;
- helping re-activate your copy if needed;
- processing a refund if you ask for one;
- meeting tax-law requirements.
The address is not used for anything else.
Permitted actions
Collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transfer to the payment and e-mail providers, blocking and deletion — with and without automation. No automated decisions with legal consequences are made about you.
Retention
Three years from the purchase date, so the licence can be confirmed and your copy re-activated if needed. Payment records: four years, as tax law requires. The consent is valid until that period ends or until you withdraw it, whichever comes first.
How to withdraw
One e-mail to info@evgeniymamonov.com with the subject “Withdraw consent”. Any wording will do, no reason needed. I delete the record within ten days and confirm it in writing.
Withdrawing consent does not cancel your licence: the tool you bought stays yours. But once the e-mail is deleted I can no longer find your order or help re-activate your copy.
