Phone +7 (900) 317-81-08 — for legally significant matters only: claims, refund demands, personal-data requests, enquiries from payment services, banks and public authorities. Weekdays, 10:00–19:00 Moscow time.
Questions about a program and its setup — by e-mail only. Over the phone I cannot see your screenshot or the error text — and those are exactly what solve the issue in one message instead of a long call.
E-mail is the main support channel. An e-mail stays in both parties' history, it can be attached to a claim, and nobody has to scroll through chat apps to find out who promised what.
- Usual reply time — the same day.
- Maximum — three business days.
- Refunds — decision within three business days; money is returned within the period stated in the refund rules.
- Personal-data requests (what is stored, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent) — up to thirty days, as the law requires.
What never to send
Never send your trading account password, one-time codes, bank card details or scans of identity documents. No question about a tool requires them. If somebody asks for those “on my behalf”, it is a scam.
What to write so this is solved quickly
If a program behaves differently from what you expected, describe the situation in a few lines — it solves the issue without a dozen follow-up e-mails:
- Program name and version, and your Windows version.
- What you did and what happened instead of what you expected.
- The exact error message text, if one appeared.
- A screenshot of the program window at the moment the problem occurred.
Feel free to black out any personal data on the screenshot — I do not need it.

If we cannot agree
Start with an e-mail describing your claim; I answer such letters within ten calendar days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may go to court at your place of residence — that is a consumer's right and nothing in my documents restricts it.
