Refunds
If the tool does not suit you, I return the money. No arguments and no “why”.
In short
Seven calendar days from the payment date. No reason needed. The money goes back the same way it came.
Why software still gets a refund
A seller of digital goods may legally refuse refunds once the copy is activated. I do not use that right: either the tool solves your problem, or it should not cost you anything. Returning a payment is cheaper for me than losing a reputation.
How to ask
- Write an e-mail to info@evgeniymamonov.com with the subject “Refund”.
- Give three details: the tool name, the payment date and the e-mail used at purchase.
- Attach proof of payment — a receipt or bank statement, if you paid from another address.
- Stop using the copy — after the refund the activation is switched off and the tool stops working.
Timing
I reply within three business days. The refund itself is made within ten days of the request. Card payments usually take another three to ten business days — that is the bank's timeline, not mine.
When a refund is not available
- More than seven days have passed since payment.
- The activated copy has been shared with other people or published.
- The purchase was made on MQL5 Market — there MetaQuotes takes the money and their store rules apply, not mine.
If the program is faulty
The seven-day limit does not apply. If the tool does not do what its page promises, you may ask for a fix or a refund at any time — that is a defective product, not a change of mind.
