Licence agreement and public offer
This is the contract between you and me, written in plain words but fully binding.
1. Who sells
The rights holder and seller is Evgeniy G. Mamonov, a self-employed taxpayer registered in Russia, Tax ID (INN): 582401205878. Contact: info@evgeniymamonov.com, phone +7 (900) 317-81-08 (for legally significant matters only). Site: evgeniymamonov.com.
2. What you get
You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the program, not ownership of the program itself. The licence is personal: one activated copy, one user. You may install the tool on your own computers and accounts without limits.
You may not resell or share your activated copy, publish the files, remove protection or sell derivative versions.
3. Price and demo

Prices are in Russian roubles. VAT is not charged: the seller pays professional-income tax. A free demo version is available before purchase — please test it with your broker first.
4. How the contract is formed
The purchase page is a public offer. Once you tick the required consents and pay, the contract is concluded. The consents are:
- I consent to the processing of the e-mail address above to send the receipt and the order confirmation — as described in the privacy policy. required
- I have read and accept the licence agreement and offer, including the refund rules. required
5. Activation after payment
No separate key is e-mailed. Once payment is confirmed, your copy of the program is activated on the server by its number — usually within five minutes and no later than 24 hours. The receipt arrives by e-mail. If activation does not go through, write to me and I will enable it by hand.
6. Refunds
Seven days to change your mind, no reason needed. Details on the refunds page.
7. Limits of liability
The tools do not trade, do not open or close positions and give no investment advice. The software is provided as is: I am responsible for what the tool page describes and I fix defects. Trading decisions and their outcome remain yours.
8. Updates and support
Updates to the current version and answers to questions are free and unlimited in time, by e-mail at info@evgeniymamonov.com.
9. Disputes
Start with a claim by e-mail; I reply within ten days. If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled under the law of the Russian Federation.
