About the tools
Does the program trade for me?
No. None of the tools on this site opens or closes positions, places orders or has access to the money in your account. They are helper utilities: they work with the symbol list and chart mark-up.
If you want an expert advisor that trades on its own, I do not sell that.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Your login, investor password, account number, balance and trade history are never transmitted. Everything happens inside your own terminal on your own computer.
Will it work with my broker?
In most cases yes — the tool matches the symbol naming format your broker uses. But brokers differ, so test the demo on your own account first. If a format is not recognised, send me the broker name and a sample symbol and I will add the scheme in an update.
Does it work on MetaTrader 4?
No, MetaTrader 5 only. A port to MT4 is not planned.
Do I need a live account?
No. The tools run on demo accounts too, which is convenient for testing before you buy.
The demo version
How is the demo different from the paid version?
Features are identical; only the running period is limited. The point of the demo is to prove that the tool understands your broker's symbol names and solves your problem.

Write to me and I will extend it. I would rather you tested the tool properly than bought it blindly and asked for a refund later.
Payment and activation
What personal details do you need?
An e-mail address only — the receipt and the order confirmation go there. No name, phone number, ID document or trading account details are requested.
Can you see my card details?
No. Payment happens on the payment provider's side. The card number never reaches this site and is never shown to me — I only receive the fact of payment and the buyer's e-mail.
When is the copy activated?
Automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within a couple of minutes and no later than 24 hours. Your copy is activated on the server by its number. If it does not go through, write to info@evgeniymamonov.com and I will enable it by hand.
Do you issue a receipt?
Yes. I am a registered self-employed taxpayer in Russia; the receipt is issued officially and arrives at the same address.
How long is the licence valid?
Indefinitely, and version updates are included. The licence is personal — one copy, one user — but there is no limit on your own computers and accounts.
Website or MQL5 Market — does it matter?
The tool is the same. On MQL5 Market MetaQuotes takes the payment, with their own refund rules and price. Here you buy directly from the author, in roubles, with a Russian receipt and my seven-day withdrawal period.
Refunds and support
Can I get my money back?
Yes — seven calendar days from payment, no reason required. The procedure is on the refunds page.
What if I find a bug?
Write to me and I will fix it; updates are free. If the tool does not do what its page promises, the seven-day limit does not apply: that is a defective product and you may ask for a fix or a refund at any time.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day, at most three business days. E-mail at info@evgeniymamonov.com is the only support channel — that way the whole history stays in one place.

Are you an investment adviser?
No. I am not a broker, dealer or investment adviser, I accept no funds under management and give no individual investment advice. I am a developer who sells software.
Why are the legal pages so detailed?
Because I hold a law degree and wrote them myself. The offer, the refund rules and the privacy policy are working documents, not a template copied off the internet.
